Shipping Method & Policy
You can select shipping method during checkout. All packages are properly packed and shipped with a tracking number via Canada Post. Shipping via Canada Post is fast, efficient and guaranteed. Should your parcel be misplaced in shipping, we will make every effort to track and retrieve your package through Canada Post. If in the event that your package is deemed lost, we will replace your order or issue a full refund.
Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees
For orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada - if you requested to have your item shipped as RUSH to another courier, Custom Design Expressions is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Custom Design Expressions will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance.
Damages
We do not cover damages caused in shipping. Please ensure your package is in good condition prior to acceptance of the package.
Reprints, Cancellations, Refunds & Return Policy
We are very confident with the quality of our products and services. Due to the nature of our products being custom designed, Custom Design Expressions do not offer reprints, cancellations, or refunds once the product's proof is sent for printing with your approval. We ask that you, the client, look over the proof carefully and thoroughly for accuracy, layout, colors and any details that may be requested prior to proof approval. We cannot accept returns due to customer input errors. If a mistake is made on our part, please accept our sincere apology. We will offer a full refund, or complete exchange with 3 to 12 business days shipping, once notified with our error. If you select a full refund, we request that you contact us first via email at sales@customdesignexpressions.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and instructions before returning the product. The item/s should be returned undamaged, with a tracking number and should be received by us within 30 days of your receipt. A refund will be issued as soon as the returned package is received. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Use Of Photographs
You certify that you own the rights to the photograph you are submitting. If submitting a professional photo, you certify that you have obtained permission from the photographer to duplicate that image for the purposes of creating the card of your choice. For baby/babies or child/children's photos, you certify that you are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby/babies or child/children whose photos you are submitting.

Any unauthorized use, including the reproduction, modification, or creation of derivative works, distribution, transmission, republication, display, performance of the content on this site or reselling of our custom products without our written authorization is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revise part of the site or as a whole in our sole discretion at any time.
