Should you not received your item on the expected delivery date, please contact us at sales@customdesignexpressions.com within 2 days from the date the item was expected to be received. We will make every effort to track and retrieve your package. If in the event that your package is deemed lost, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party.

For orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada; Custom Design Expressions is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment, or delays due to customs . Custom Design Expressions will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance.
We only charge Sales Tax for Canadian residents.
HST for Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and New Foundland and Labrador residents
GST only for Quebec, Alberta, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon residents
Any claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Custom Design Expressions within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please contact sales@customdesignexpressions.com to initiate a claim.
Custom Design Expressions is not responsible for missing item's and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
Please note: Custom Design Expressions is not responsible for packages that are damaged, stolen, or left at the wrong house by any of the shipping carriers. Please prevent these problems by ensuring you have the correct shipping address.
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund. Please contact us at sales@customdesignexpressions.com within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a (RNA) Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without a (RNA) Return Authorization Number.
Once the returned merchandise has been received, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable). If you received free shipping on your purchase, the cost of shipping incurred by Custom Design Expressions will be deducted from your refund.
Please send products back in their original form and packaging. Returned merchandise must be received within 15 days from the date the (RNA) Return Authorization Number was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Some products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized, edible, perishable, sample, clearance and special order items.
NOTE: Colours vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact colour match for every item, small variations in colour often enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalogue do not always represent an identical color match as the hue/contrast settings of your monitor is beyond our control.
You may change or cancel your order at no additional cost as long as the order has not been processed or sent for printing. Cancelation fees may apply. Please contact us at sales@customdesignexpressions.com for specific inquiries.

You certify that you own the rights to the photograph/photographs you are submitting. If are submitting professional photo/photos, you certify that you have obtained permission from the photographer to duplicate that image/images for the purpose of creating the card/cards of your choice and you agree that you will not held us or Custom Design Expressions responsible for any copyright issues. This agreement also applies if you chose to add your customized design/designs to our portfolio. For baby/babies or child/children's photo/photos, you certify that you are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby/babies or child/children whose photo/photos you are submitting.
Any unauthorized use, including the reproduction, modification, or creation of derivative works, distribution, transmission, republication, display, performance of the content on this site without our written authorization is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revise part of the site or as a whole in our sole discretion at any time.
