| Q. What type of pictures do you accept? |

| A. We prefer digital pictures either from a digital camera or a scanner. The file should be a .jpg, .psd or .bmp file format with a resolution of 300 dpi (dimension/pixels/inches). |
| Q. What pictures work best? |

| A. The best pictures are those in which the subject is in focus. Close-ups are usually best. We will contact you if we feel that the photograph may not work well with the card design. |
| Q. Can you touch-up the photograph? |

| A. We can do touch up such as red-eye, pimple and scar removal. We will also take care of cropping your photograph, removing the background and unwanted objects to fit the card design that you have chosen. We cannot fix blurry photos. |
| Q. Can you convert my color photograph to black & white? |

| A. Yes, if you would prefer your photograph to be converted to black and white for the card design, we can do it for you. We can also covert it to sepia tone at no additional charge. |

| Q. How do I send my photo/photos and/or dedications and details to you? |

| A. For custom photo products; you can send us your photo/photos, details and dedications by clicking here. For non-photo custom products, you can send us your details and/or dedications by clicking here |
| Q. Should I crop my photos before I send them? |

| A. We prefer that you would send the original photos unscanned, uncropped, uncompressed and without any color conversion. If you have cropping or color preference, you are welcome to send along instructions. |

| A. All our products are qouted in US dollar. |
| Q. How will I know if my order has been processed? |

| A. After confirming checkout, you will get a confirmation page with a confirmation number of your order. You will also receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email as well once your order is shipped. |

| A. Envelopes are included for photo cards or card stocks order except for magnetic cards. |
| Q. Do the envelopes require extra postage? |

| A. Our designs require a regular first class stamp only. |
| Q. Will I be able to see my personalized item before it is sent to print? |

| A. Yes! After receipt of your photographs and dedications, we will email you a proof after 1 business day. You will then have an opportunity to make any corrections or changes needed. Once we receive your approval, we will send your order to print. Orders will not be printed without your approval. We do not charge extra for additional email proof. |
