Printing Process Time: 3 business days after proof approval

The Process

1. After placing your order, submit your photos, order details and dedications to our 'Submit Your Photos' button below or to photos@customdesignexpressions.com within 12 hours to avoid delay.
2. Upon receipt of payment, photo, design details and dedication, a proof copy will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
3. Review the proof and advice us ASAP if corrections are required.
4. Send your approval via email once you're satisfied with the design.
5. Your order will be sent to print once you approved the proof.
6. The entire process before shipping usually takes about a week depending on how fast you send the photos, dedications, details and approve the proof.

Note: Payment will get refunded if we don't receive your proof approval in 20 days.

Photo Tips: For Better Printing Quality, submit your pictures unscanned and uncropped as jpg, bmp, tiff, png or pdf file format with a resolution of 300 to 600 dpi.

Use Of Photographs: You certify that you own the rights to the photograph/photographs you are submitting. If are submitting professional photo/photos, you certify that you have obtained permission from the photographer to duplicate that image/images for the purpose of creating the card/cards of your choice and you agree that you will not held us or Custom Design Expressions responsible for any copyright issues. This agreement also applies if you chose to add your customized design/designs to our portfolio. For baby/babies or child/children's photo/photos, you certify that you are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby/babies or child/children whose photo/photos you are submitting.
