1. After placing your order, submit your photos, details, and dedications within 12 hours to photos@customdesignexpressions.com to avoid delay.
2. Upon receipt of your order, photo, design details and dedication --- a proof copy will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
3. Review the proof and advice us ASAP if corrections are required.
4. Send your approval via email once you're satisfied with the design.
5. Your order will be sent to print once you approved the proof.
6. The entire process before shipping usually takes about a week depending on how fast you send the photos, dedications, details and approve the proof.

Photo Tips:
For Better Printing Quality, submit your pictures unscanned and uncropped as a jpg, bmp, tiff or pdf file format with a resolution of 300 to 600 dpi.
